WorldSkills is the largest international vocational skills competition and this year the event is taking place in London. The event will be held at ExCel London from 5 to 8 October.
Participants on Twin's Event Volunteering programme will be working at the WorldSkills event to fulfil the vocational element of the course. The course will include modules such as Emergency and basic fire awareness, Public safety awareness, Introduction to conflict resolution in a public environment and Developing interpersonal skills.

"The content of the course has been developed in conjunction with the organisers of the WorldSkills event to give participants the skills and experience they need to enter a career in event-based customer service.
